Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

20 box jumps

20 hang squat cleans 55-95#/15-75#

20 sit ups
– lets try to keep everything unbroken and rest minimal

-please dont drop empty bars

Back Squat (5 reps)

6-8 sets of

5 back squats

60 feet of lunges (weighted optional)
