GAME PLAN

Row- Break the rower up in 500 meters or switch every :60

Bike- I would recommend taking turns every :60 ,and see how many calories you could get in :60.

or switch every 10-15 cals

Ring rows- We recommend breaking these up in sets of 10-20 reps, Avoid hitting muscle failure

Burpees- We recommend breaking these up 5-10 burpees at a time

Air squat- Knock out big chunk. We would recommend doing sets of 10-30 reps at a time
