100 Sit Ups (Pull Ups if you have a one at home)

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

You can break up reps in different rep schemes or reduce reps as well if needed.

Example:

10 Rounds of:

10 Sit Ups, 20 Push ups, 30 Squats or 20 Rounds of: 5 Sit Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats
