-complete the 5 rounds as fast as possible. The goal is to finish in 15 minutes.

-If you can not do jumping squats or lunges, just do 5 rounds of 40 squats and 40 lunges

-if lunges hurt your knees, switch the lunges for hip bridges or push ups
