Customized Group Training Programs

We offer programs for every skill level, from beginner to competition-level athletes.  Each class is capped at a small group size so everyone receives the individual attention and coaching they require.  Daily WODs and programming are are semi-customized to suit athletes’ individual needs and goals.

Burn 30 - CrossFit Program

New to fitness? pushed for time? Don’t worry we have you covered. Come on in to our 30 minute small group class where you will receive a fantastic work out that is curated to suit your current fitness level. Fun, Fast and Effective.

Burn 60 - CrossFit Program

Our 60 minute comprehensive class features coaching and instruction on more complex Gymnastic & Olympic barbell movements along with a metabolic conditioning workout that will keep you burning calories long after your workout has finished.

Kids can have fun, and learn about fitness, in our 60 minute Kids FUNctional Fitness Class!  Our coaches will work with kids ages 6-12 to focus on the proper movement through fun yet intense training programs specifically designed for growing minds and bodies!

Open Gym - CrossFit Program

Take advantage of one of our numerous open session times to work on your individual needs – Whether it is hitting a couple of miles on an Assault fitness Air Runner or practicing more complex techniques like GHD sit ups, open gym is a fantastic time to come in and work on skills and technique.

CrossFit provides a great program for burning fat, building muscle, and feeling great.  But how many calories did you burn achieving that goal?

With Wodify Pulse and the Myzone MZ-3 activity belt, all of the calories you burn doing pushups, pullups and heavy lifts get counted. That’s because Wodify Pulse tracks heart rate intensity, not movement, making it more accurate than a wrist tracker.

Wodify Pulse can be used in all of CrossFit Afterburn’s programs, including Burn 30, Burn 60, and Burn 90!
