Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, run half marathons as a hobby, or have done CrossFit before, CrossFit Afterburn has a place for you! Each class is capped at a small group size so each individual can receive the attention and coaching they require. It doesn’t matter if you have physical limitations or have never worked out before, our coaches will help you get through a great workout.
