Our Coaches help you accomplish your goals, no matter what your current fitness level may be!

Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, run half marathons as a hobby, or have done CrossFit before, CrossFit Afterburn has a place for you! Each class is capped at a small group size so each individual can receive the attention and coaching they require. It doesn’t matter if you have physical limitations or have never worked out before, our coaches will help you get through a great workout.

Our workouts are different each day, so we keep your body from plateauing and keep you from getting bored!

Our 60 minute comprehensive class features coaching and instruction on more complex Gymnastic & Olympic barbell movements along with a metabolic conditioning workout that will keep you burning calories long after your workout has finished.
